This painting was born from silence. There was no intention in me, only a feeling. I sat down, soft meditative music was playing, and I let it guide me.

I slowly, gently drew the brush horizontally, as if breathing with it. I did not want to achieve or demonstrate anything. I simply wanted to be present.

Green and gold, for me, represent balance. That subtle, hard-to-grasp state when everything within you becomes still. There are no thoughts, no will. You simply are. You live. You feel and you love.

This painting preserves that state. A reminder that this place exists within us, and that we can return to it at any time.
